This notice explains, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Hungary), how we process your personal data when you use the website sifineartstudio.com or contact us.

2. Details of processing activities
2.1. Contact and inquiries (e-mail, phone, social media)
- Data processed: name, e-mail address, phone number, the content of the message.
- Purpose: responding to inquiries about the artist's work.
- Legal basis: the data controller's legitimate interest in responding to the message (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: 1 year after the matter is closed.
The contact form on the website does not send or store any data: it opens your own e-mail application with the message, which you then send yourself.
2.2. Website operation, server logs
- Data processed: IP address, time of visit, page viewed, browser type.
- Purpose: secure, uninterrupted operation of the website.
- Legal basis: the data controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: briefly, per the hosting provider's logging practice.
The website does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking tools, and even its fonts are loaded from its own hosting. The Cookie Notice provides details on cookies.

The data controller does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare may process certain data in the United States. These providers participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or apply the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, so the transfer takes place with the appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Your rights
- Access: you may request information on what data of yours we process (GDPR Art. 15).
- Rectification: you may request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erasure: you may request deletion of your data where there is no legal basis for processing (Art. 17).
- Restriction: you may request restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Portability: you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20).
- Objection: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
You may submit your request to support@sifineartstudio.com or by post. We respond to your request within one month at the latest.
6. Remedies
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

You may also turn to a court if your rights are violated. The action may be brought, at your choice, before the court competent for your place of residence or stay. A data subject residing in another EU member state may also turn to the data protection authority of their own country.
7. Data security
The data controller and its processors protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration and destruction through appropriate technical and organizational measures (encrypted HTTPS connections, password-protected accounts with restricted access).
8. Changes
The data controller reserves the right to amend this notice. The version in force at any given time is available on this page.
